We are currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our growing team. This critical role helps ensure our services meet the highest standards of compliance with government and commercial payer requirements.
Audit medical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with payer guidelines
Analyze changes to payer contracts and fee schedules and communicate findings
Maintain compliance databases and perform system audits
Develop and implement policies to minimize audit risk
Prepare reports, deliver audit findings, and support internal education efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support billing and reimbursement compliance
Stay up to date with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer regulations
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
1–2 years of experience in compliance, auditing, medical billing/coding, or healthcare operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to interpret and apply payer guidelines and government regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in health care compliance or reimbursement
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Experience working with healthcare databases and audit tools
Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or similar certification
Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) billing and documentation
Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and third-party payer rules
Experience delivering training or developing compliance education materials

Our services allow our clients to remain and thrive in their homes, schools, and communities. The majority of the clients we serve are age’s birth through 21 years old and have a variety of technologies that might include a trach, ventilator or g-tube.
