• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, additional hours as needed

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) is seeking a dynamic Infusion Nurse Manager to oversee and elevate the operations of our Infusion teams. This is more than a management role — it's an opportunity to lead with purpose, drive innovation, and make a daily impact on the lives of medically complex children and their families.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of the infusion nursing and SNV teams

• Manage schedules, onboarding, training, and compliance

• Lead quality assurance and process improvement efforts

• Collaborate across departments to ensure holistic patient care

• Serve as a clinical liaison with caregivers, physicians, and internal teams

• Support accreditation, licensing, and documentation standards

• Provide leadership and oversight of patient care services

• Coordinate referrals and patient care planning

• Step in as the HHA Administrator when needed

• Represent the infusion team on company-wide initiatives and committees

Who You Are:

• A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Texas (BSN preferred)

• You bring 2–4 years of relevant experience in home health, infusion therapy, or pediatrics

• Strong leader with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with EMR systems (Brightree a plus), Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

• Committed to upholding the highest standards of patient safety, compassion, and compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing care plans, coordinating services, or overseeing team schedules

• A passion for pediatric care and supporting medically complex children in a home-based setting

• Familiarity with quality improvement programs, compliance standards, and policy development
